My Current Meditation app and skill favorites.

Hi readers,

Over the past few weeks I have been doing different forms of guided meditations. I tend to come and go with using guided meditations but lately because of time constraints and other factors I have been using different apps and skills. I have an amazon echo dot, and I find it to have a few useful skills for meditation.

One-minute mindfulness I use this skill when I am short on time or when I am dealing with a lot of stress. Even just that one minute of guided breathing and music helps me get back to the moment.

Another great skill that has a few different types of meditation for relaxation, gratitude, and energy is the Tea House meditation skill. This skill is really nice to use when you have at least 7 or more minutes a day to spend meditating. I use this skill when I have a little bit more time or If I am having a busy day with homework or exams.

My last favorite skill on Alexa is called guided meditation, which has a lot of meditation for different purposes such as assisting with an emotional issue. These meditations will vary from day to day. It has other meditations to help you do different types of breathing exercises, body scanning, and more. This is a good skill I use when I don’t know what kind of guided meditation I want to do.

In terms of meditation specific to helping with my magic I don’t usually use a lot of guided meditations for this except when I am working with my chakras. I don’t have a specific chakra meditation that I use although the one found in the book The Practical Psychic by Norine Renier which is where I first heard about chakras is excellent and only takes 15 minutes.

Also, when I am crafting a spell I feel that a guided meditation may not be as effective because it may not relate to the goal I am working on. So, I usually focus on meditating on the intention of the spell, If I have been struggling with focusing, I do a meditation to help me focus where I may use an object which may or may not include something related to the spell I am working on.

Other meditation apps I have used that can help with building a daily meditation practice include Omvana by mind valley which contains meditations for each day it also has various categories for different forms of meditation some are free and other meditation require a purchase. I have also tried Headspace which is also good, but I have not used it in a while but would recommend the app as it does have good meditations to help you build a daily practice.

If you are concerned about payment or low on money YouTube has some good meditation videos for free.

These are just some of my favorite current apps and skills I use for helping me keep up my meditation practice when using guided meditations and how I would meditate without using a guided meditation when pertaining to magic. I hope that this has helped you in some way and that you have begun to consider ways you can use meditation in your life and practice. Even If you don’t practice magic or you are still unsure about its meditation is worth getting into the habit of practicing regularly.

I wish you all peace and blessings during this week!

MANY Blessings!
