I have been working a lot of different spells lately. I will not share a lot of what they involve, but they are related to what is going on in my current life situation. I am looking for work and with that comes a lot of challenges. Primarily related to being blind and what most people think about what I could do for work. The truth is, I can do most jobs within reason. I may need special accommodations depending on the job, but I can still do what the job asks. Some of the other challenges are finding work that isn’t a scam or knowing where to look. Others are my own personal views on working in addition to other aspects of my life. I am moving within the next year which is also something to consider.
Keeping this all-in mind, this relates to spells and magick because I still must do the work. The actual physical work. So often most people want instant gratification and I believe it is due in large part to our current society. A lot of people just want a quick solution. For the record, I include myself because I am guilty of doing so. However, I do my best to do the work even when it is difficult. Even when I do not understand all of what is required, I learn and do what is needed. I send my resume, I apply for jobs, go to interviews, save money, cut costs. Also, I do the magick but often I will always do the mundane side of things before I work a spell. I think magick should be used in most cases, however I want to emphasize that doing a spell without any action on your part in the physical will get you nowhere. We are physical people, living in a physical world. For things to manifest for us when working magick we must also do actual things in the physical to make it happen. Working magick in connection with what we do in the physical allows us to be more effective in our spellwork. The spell is more likely to come to fruition than If you did nothing. As always this is just my opinion, and I am not an expert. I know what I have experienced, and I am simply sharing what I have learned based on my personal experience. If you disagree with me, that’s fine. I simply want people to consider what they can do in the physical in order to assist the magickal effort they are putting in. Magick takes work and effort. You will only get out what you put into it.
